We will introduce an example of improvement in FA (Factory Automation) sites proposed by Patlite. In the outdoor unit assembly line, to visualize the assembly tact time, we removed the conveyor of the manufacturing line and replaced it with AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles). Furthermore, by equipping the layered information display light "LA6," which can display the working time of each assembly process, we raise the awareness of tact time among workers and standardize the assembly speed. This reduces losses from AGV stops due to time overruns and achieves improved work efficiency. 【Proposal】 ■ Utilize Smart Mode (Time Trigger Type) - Up to 15 types of tact times can be registered as patterns - Tact counting starts with pulse input at the beginning of production - Counting resets with pulse input at the end of production - In case of tact overruns, alerts are given with blinking lights and a buzzer *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us. https://www.patlite.co.jp/ ↓↓↓ Official Online Shop ↓↓↓

In addition to enabling prompt responses, if there are situations where responses could not be made, such as during nighttime shutdowns, it will also be possible to backtrack and determine when the issue occurred based on the elapsed time. 【Case Study】 ■ Improvement Issues - Due to instantaneous voltage drops, some devices frequently stop, and leaving them unattended leads to an expansion of damage. ■ Proposal Details - Identify and notify about abnormal devices caused by voltage drops with "LA6" to prevent the expansion of damage. - Display when device abnormalities occurred in tact time, making it easy to understand the elapsed time immediately. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us. https://www.patlite.co.jp/ ↓↓↓ Official Online Shop ↓↓↓

Free membership registrationWe will introduce a case study of improvements in the FA field proposed by Patlite. In a production site that faced the challenge of "being unable to grasp the elapsed time since an abnormal occurrence" despite having established mirroring between the site and the office using PWS, we introduced our layered information display light. This enabled the visualization of the elapsed time since an error occurred, contributing to an increase in productivity efficiency. 【Case Study】 ■ Improvement Theme - Unable to grasp the elapsed time since an abnormal occurrence ■ Proposal Details - Use of the dedicated data creation application software "EDITOR for LA series" to freely set display patterns according to elapsed time - Freely set the abnormal level for each error in the display pattern *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us. https://www.patlite.co.jp/ ↓↓↓ Official Online Shop ↓↓↓

Free membership registrationWe will introduce a case study of improvements in FA (Factory Automation) sites proposed by Patlite. In a production site where there were few people, daily report management and aggregation of equipment operating status were being done manually. We introduced our "Stacked Signal Tower with Switch Box" to the site. By semi-automating the aggregation, it became possible to collect more accurate data. Visualizing it over time clarified the improvement measures, leading to increased productivity. This device can be easily introduced without modifying existing equipment, making it recommended for improving old equipment and manual processes. 【Case Study】 ■ Purpose of Introduction - To easily collect the operating status of equipment where it is difficult to install IoT devices or signal lights. ■ Effects of Introduction - It became possible to collect more accurate data. - Visualization over time clarified improvement measures. - Increased productivity. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
