**Principle** This is a continuous centrifugal dewatering device. The slurry supplied into the device is dispersed within a rapidly rotating basket, where a cake layer is formed on the screen. The basket has a two-stage structure, with the first-stage basket reciprocating back and forth while rotating at high speed. Due to the reciprocating motion of the first-stage basket, the cake layer on the screen moves while being subjected to centrifugal force. During the movement of the first and second-stage baskets, the cake is washed and centrifugally dewatered before being discharged. **Features** Wide Applicability It has a wide applicability for materials with relatively large solid particle sizes, with proven applications in over 300 types of materials. 【Principle】 This is a batch-type centrifugal separator that can operate each process (one cycle) automatically by setting the basket rotation speed, supply amount, cleaning time, etc., according to the slurry properties in the processes of slurry supply, cake washing, dewatering (swing cut), and crystal discharge. It achieves solid-liquid separation by rapidly rotating a vertical basket equipped with a screen and having dewatering holes. The bearing unit can swing via vibration-damping rubber, allowing the drive motor to be placed at the top of the separator, enabling large-capacity processing. 【Features】 Capable of accommodating large-capacity baskets It can accommodate large-capacity baskets and generates centrifugal forces of over 1000G. Short cycle time It can be equipped with a large-capacity motor, reducing the cycle time. Prevention of leakage of supply liquid and wash water The basket valve that seals the cake discharge section prevents leakage of supply liquid and wash water to the cake side. Prevention of crystal breakage Crystal breakage is prevented by scraping the crystals with a scraper at low rotation speeds. Energy saving During one cycle, when decelerating from the dewatering (swing cut) rotation speed to the scraping rotation speed, the power generated by the separator is regenerated back to the power supply side. Additionally, it is equipped with a high-efficiency (permanent magnet) motor, achieving energy savings.
