The diameters primarily range from 400 to 800 mm, with some larger ones weighing around 10 tons. Since these products are used under extremely harsh conditions, the specifications include strict component regulations for the materials used and heat treatment conditions based on the technical standards for power generation thermal equipment. We not only ensure that the shape is correct but also conduct UT tests on the materials, tensile tests on the products, impact tests, hardness tests, and penetration tests, and only provide the final product after all these tests are cleared.

A non-standard angle elbow refers to elbows with intermediate angles other than the typical 90° or 45°. In piping design, by manufacturing special intermediate angle elbows such as 85.5°, 37°, or 135°, it becomes possible to accommodate piping that cannot be managed with standard 90° or 45° elbows, allowing for installation in spaces that standard elbows cannot fit into. Benkang Kiko's welded pipe fittings inherit the technological expertise cultivated by Nippon Benkan Kogyo, established in 1947, and Nittetsu Sumitomo Kiko, which has been manufacturing since 1953. Steel products are easily corroded when left uncoated in the atmosphere, and rust occurs electrochemically due to oxygen and moisture in the air. It is possible to protect the products from corrosion and aging conditions by applying paint. Steel products used in plants and pipelines are particularly often painted, and at Benkan Kiko, we can supply products that have been painted or coated with customer-specified paints, thereby reducing the need for on-site painting work. For products that do not have special painting instructions, we apply temporary rust prevention that suppresses rust for about six months during indoor storage.

Su fittings (JIS B 2309) are manufactured primarily for use in general water supply and hot water piping in hotels, apartments, hospitals, building construction, and factory piping. They are characterized by their thin-walled design compared to butt-welded pipe fittings manufactured under JIS B 2311 and JIS B 2312, which allows for cost reduction. Additionally, considering the automatic welding during installation at the piping site, the bevel is designed as a plain end. The maximum operating pressure is set at 2.0 MPa, and due to the thin wall thickness, even small diameter fittings feature a wide inner diameter, ensuring sufficient flow capacity. The river water around the Yonago River No. 1 Power Plant in Suzaka City, Nagano Prefecture, has a strong acidity with a pH of 3.23, making it unsuitable for agricultural use and as a habitat for fish. It allows for integral forming, making complex shapes possible. This improves the rigidity of the processed products and leads to enhanced quality. 2.
