"Rehira" Two-Fluid Micro Spray Nozzle
The Rehila company's air-operated spray nozzle (two-fluid micro-spray nozzle) supplies a mist-like spray by colliding air and liquid. Various nozzle designs are available depending on specific applications. Flat air spray nozzles are sometimes used for painting or cooling. They are also used in locations where a wide linear pattern is needed, such as on conveyors. Full cone air spray nozzles are preferred for applications requiring a relatively narrow and deep annular pattern. They are particularly suitable for cooling exhaust gases, adjusting gas temperatures, and humidifying. There are two methods for liquid mixing: internal mixing and external mixing. The internal mixing type is ideal for using water with few impurities or low-viscosity liquids. The external mixing type creates a mist by having the liquid collide with air after passing through the nozzle orifice. There are three types of power: gravity-fed, siphon type, and pressure type.
