The spiral grooves in the swirl insert effectively rotate the liquid, resulting in a significant increase in the contact surface of the atomized liquid within a very narrow particle spectrum. This creates favorable conditions for large-scale delivery. Horizontal-axis hollow cone nozzles can produce a very uniform hollow cone spray due to their special flow design. The liquid is rotated through a liquid inlet designed to deflect it, allowing for very uniform liquid distribution at angles of up to 130°. Rehira Corporation has announced a newly developed spiral full cone nozzle based on its long experience, history, and achievements. This nozzle features the ability to spray at a specific angle with low pressure. The reason for this is that the fluid is accelerated in the vertical axis direction and sprays outward due to its spiral structure. This nozzle is designed to form multiple spray cones (hollow cones), which is different from a typical full cone. As a result, it can generate fine particle sizes.
