The "TS-LS series" is a low-profile floor scale used for weighing items while they are loaded onto a cart, or for weighing drums and tanks with equipment such as drum porters. With a platform height of just 45mm and equipped with a ramp, it allows for easy access to the weighing surface. The base is made of stainless steel and can be washed with water. We have realized the production of affordable yet robust digital platform scales by series-producing the highly requested weighing capacities and platform sizes. The weighing capacities range from 600kg to 3000kg, with platform sizes of 1200×1200mm and 1500×1500mm available. The forklift channel and adjustable feet, which allow for easy movement with a forklift, are also popular. The weighing method employs a 4-point multi-load cell system, and by adopting a spherical bearing structure for the load cells, we have achieved a cost-effective yet high-precision and durable scale.

We offer two series: the BS series, which is a cost-effective and robust option with standardized weighing and loading surfaces that are in high demand, and the TL series, which allows for customizable dimensions and materials with a wide range of optional attachments. We also have options such as fork channels for easy movement with forklifts and free rollers on the platform, so please feel free to contact us. **BS Series** We offer five types of weighing capacities ranging from 600kg to 3,000kg, and two types of loading surfaces measuring 1,200mm square and 1,500mm square. Our standard models are certified for national testing (for transaction proof). We can also provide options for forklift movement channels and adjusters at a low cost. *Custom manufacturing for non-transaction proof purposes is also available.* **TL Series** We can design and manufacture according to your specified dimensions and material requirements, such as all stainless steel or hot-dip galvanized options. It has a simple U-shaped structure and is lightweight, but it can be manufactured to national certification specifications just like a standard platform scale. It is ideal for weighing bulk bags using a pallet.

In addition to standard weighing, it is equipped with a variety of control functions that can be used for comparative weighing, conveyor currency weighing, and other liquid filling machines and packer scales. It also offers a wide range of communication options, including RS232C, analog output, and BCD output/input.
