In data centers, it is necessary to pass a large number of cables through the back while minimizing air leaks to enhance cooling efficiency within the racks. The seal brush from Kyoshin Giken features a channel brush structure that optimizes hair length, density, and width, effectively sealing gaps without obstructing cable passage, significantly reducing cold air leakage. This contributes to improved cooling efficiency and dust prevention within the racks. By passing cables through the brush, they naturally align, leading not only to an improved appearance but also to enhanced workability during additional wiring and maintenance. Improvements in cable management are particularly valued in data center environments. Kyoshin Giken offers flexible delivery management tailored to project timelines, and can accommodate fully customized solutions that include not only hair length, density, and width but also the shape of mounting brackets. They can produce brushes with supplied brackets, as well as integrated production with brackets (including welding), and can manufacture brushes that fit existing racks or special openings starting from just one piece.

In the handling of debris and powder remaining on transport lines and conveyors, there are many challenges such as "simply sweeping it off is insufficient" and "it doesn't flow in the desired direction." The double helical brush from Kyoshin Giken addresses these issues by arranging the brushes in right-hand and left-hand twists, allowing for the diversion of transported materials and debris to the left or right, or gathering them to the center, enabling flow control tailored to specific applications. By adjusting the winding direction, pitch, bristle material, and wire diameter, it can accommodate everything from light powders to larger foreign objects. Custom manufacturing to fit existing equipment dimensions is possible, and optimal designs can be tailored to conveyor width and rotation speed. This contributes to reducing cleaning burdens, preventing line stoppages, and improving foreign object management efficiency.

This is a custom seal brush designed to address issues such as "gaps at cable openings increasing in data centers," "off-the-shelf products not fitting," and "tight deadlines before construction." Since dimensions vary by rack manufacturer and model, many cases do not fit standard products, and there is an increasing demand for urgent responses, especially just before construction deadlines. At Kyoshin Giken, we offer the flexibility to customize length, width, bristle length, density, and channel material, minimizing gaps at cable passage points to prevent cold air leakage. It also improves workability during additional wiring and ensures dust resistance. We can produce from a single unit, accommodating provided drawings, on-site measurements, and reproduction from samples. We have a proven track record of quick turnaround times and have received high praise from customers who want to meet their construction deadlines.

Debris left on the conveyor can scatter, making cleaning labor-intensive and potentially causing quality defects and foreign matter contamination by remaining inside the equipment. The double helical structure roll brush from Kyoshin Giken can control the flow of debris by combining right and left twists in its design. Movements can be designed according to applications, such as gathering in the center, separating to the sides, or dropping at both ends. All specifications, including bristle materials (nylon, resin-based, metal wire, etc.), bristle length, density, roll outer diameter, length, and shaft specifications, can be customized. It also accommodates replacement for existing equipment and designs the winding direction to match the flow of debris. This roll brush not only reduces cleaning workload but also contributes to quality stability.

On the transport line, dust and product debris may adhere to the conveyor surface during product transport. However, frequently stopping the line for cleaning can lead to a decrease in production efficiency. The roll brush from Kyoshin Giken can be installed on the return side of the conveyor, allowing for simultaneous cleaning of the conveyor surface while transporting. As the roll brush rotates and makes contact with the conveyor surface, it removes adhered substances, contributing to a reduction in the burden of cleaning tasks caused by line stoppages. Additionally, by selecting the bristle material according to the type of transported items and dirt, it is also possible to expect a reduction in dirt adhesion and an improvement in cleaning effectiveness. Kyoshin Giken manufactures custom roll brushes tailored to the dimensions and installation conditions of the conveyor.

On the conveyor line, dust and product debris may adhere to the surface of the conveyor belt during product transport. Stopping the line to clean off the dirt can lead to decreased production efficiency and increased workload. At Kyoshin Giken, we offer custom manufacturing of roll brushes that can be installed on the return side of the conveyor. The return side refers to the side where the belt returns after completing the transport; by installing the roll brush in this position, the belt surface can be cleaned without coming into contact with the products. By rotating the roll brush in accordance with the movement of the belt, we can remove any adhered substances from the belt surface simultaneously with the transport, thereby contributing to a reduction in the burden of cleaning tasks caused by line stoppages. Custom adjustments can be made based on the width of the conveyor, installation space, and type of adhered substances, including modifications to the bristle material, outer diameter, and brush density.

In logistics and conveying equipment such as belt conveyors, roller conveyors, sorting equipment, and automated warehouses, static electricity can be generated due to friction with the conveyed items. As a result, problems such as dust adhesion to cardboard and plastic containers, film sticking, and increased risk of foreign matter contamination can occur. Our conductive brushes suppress the generation and accumulation of static electricity by using conductive fibers. They are easy to install without the need for a power supply and can also be retrofitted to existing equipment. They can be utilized as one of the measures against static electricity and foreign matter in the conveying lines of logistics centers and factories.

In food factories, measures against powder and food residues remaining on conveyors are important for hygiene management. If raw materials or foreign substances that have adhered during the transport process are left as they are, it may affect the increase in cleaning load and the maintenance of the production environment. Kyoshin Giken, a manufacturer of industrial brushes, custom-makes roll brushes used for conveyor cleaning in food factories. By designing brushes tailored to the transported items and equipment conditions, they support the cleaning process of conveyor surfaces. These brushes are utilized in efforts for hygiene management and foreign substance countermeasures in food manufacturing lines.

In carriage conveyors and slat conveyors, resin rollers are sometimes used to reduce noise. On the other hand, static electricity may be generated when the resin rollers come into contact with the rails during movement. Charged equipment can lead to issues such as discharge to the human body, noise in control devices, and workpieces sticking in sorting equipment. Kyoshin Giken, a manufacturer of industrial brushes, offers anti-static brushes made with conductive fibers. These conductive brushes are installed near the charged areas of the equipment and connected to the ground to mitigate static electricity issues.

In food factories, conveyor belts can become dirty due to the adhesion of transported materials and food residues. However, frequently stopping the line for cleaning can impact production efficiency. Kyoshin Giken, a manufacturer of industrial brushes, proposes a cleaning roll brush that can be installed on the return side of belt conveyors. By brushing the belt surface as it returns, it helps suppress the accumulation of dirt and assists with daily cleaning. This is recommended for customers considering hygiene management and reducing the burden of cleaning tasks in food factories.
