The bobbins, which are essential for this production, are components used to wind the yarn in processes known as coarse spinning and fine spinning. These bobbins have traditionally been made of wood, but improving their rotational performance has been a challenge. We believed that changing the material from wood to resin would enhance performance, and thus we began development. In the development process, we pursued improvements in specifications required for rotating bodies, such as runout and balance.
