MFC Technology Co., Ltd. handles essential gas fuel cell components for fuel cell cell configurations aimed at the upcoming hydrogen and fuel cell society, chemical filters involved in the manufacturing of semiconductor chips widely used in the IoT society, and components for semiconductor manufacturing equipment such as CMP slurries.
Business Activities
○ Fuel Cell Material Sales: We sell GDL from the German SGL Group. We have secured domestic stock for standard types and can sell even from a single A4 sheet. 〇 Chemical Filters: We consider and propose optimally designed filters to remove various chemical contaminants in the air, such as acidic, alkaline, and organic gases, tailored to your environment. 〇 CMP Slurry: CMP (Chemical Mechanical Polishing) has become an essential technology in recent semiconductor manufacturing. CMP slurry used in this process is disposed of in large quantities. We collect used CMP slurry discharged from semiconductor factories, readjust it to the same properties as new, and return it to the semiconductor factories as part of our recycling efforts. Additionally, we handle wastewater treatment facilities for CMP slurry, as well as equipment for the reuse of moisture discharged during the recycling of CMP slurry.
