"Uniservo" is the first robot actuator that incorporates the functions of a torque servo. It allows for arbitrary increase or decrease of the torque on the output shaft, as well as detection of the torque applied to the output shaft, enabling specification of the motor-side torque increase or decrease and rotation angle. Additionally, it can generate the specified torque and also create friction and inertia, making it applicable to various loads, testing devices, and simulators that mimic human behavior. The rated capacities include five models: 15W, 40W, 80W, 200W, and 750W. ■ Features ○ Equipped with a high-resolution, high-speed response rotary torque meter on the output shaft for simple, fast, and high-precision torque control based on measured torque. ○ Compact design with a reduction gear for high torque output. ○ A dynamic range of 10,000 times enables fine torque control even at high torque capacities.
