The "907 Partial Plating" is a partial build-up technology that allows for uniform and precise thickness management of 1 to several hundred micrometers, using our unique masking technology and chemical plating method. Traditionally, welding and electroplating methods were commonly used for repairing molds and precision parts, but each had its limitations, restricting their applicability. Non-electrolytic plating is a method that precipitates a plating film through chemical reactions in the plating solution. It has good adhesion of the film, excellent uniformity of film thickness, which helps to suppress variations in film thickness, and compared to electroplating, it has fewer pinholes, resulting in superior corrosion resistance.
