Non-electrolytic plating is a method that precipitates a plating film through chemical reactions in the plating solution. It has good adhesion of the film, excellent uniformity of film thickness, which helps to suppress variations in film thickness, and compared to electroplating, it has fewer pinholes, resulting in superior corrosion resistance.
