Domestic mass production of small to medium-sized electrical insulating ceramics, such as steatite, for electronic components, electronic devices, heaters, and electric heating parts using mold pressing.

We have a proven track record in various applications, including cement resistors, electronic components, electric heating, heaters, devices, and manufacturing process components, with electrical insulation properties and heat-resistant parts up to 1000°C. In recent years, our fields of use have expanded to include automobiles, industrial equipment robots, various devices, consumer electronics, as well as research and experimental applications. For 50 years, we have been mass-producing steatite ceramics through mold pressing. Steatite is a material with low manufacturing costs. Furthermore, Unicera has introduced a low-cost mass production method.
