The transport hand is a collaborative robot transport hand designed to carry a wide variety of workpieces. It uses CFRP laminated molded parts as its components. It has a high strength-to-weight ratio and can create free shapes that are impossible to manufacture with conventional processing methods. Along with a lightweight and high-strength body, the hand shape can be freely customized to fit the workpiece. This enables the automation of transporting a diverse range of workpieces.

The floating deburring hand is a collaborative robot hand designed to grip deburring tools. It uses CFRP laminated components, offering a high strength-to-weight ratio, and allows for the creation of free shapes that are impossible to produce with conventional processing methods. It features a lightweight, high-strength body and a high-float mechanism that does not require a drive source. It can follow complex workpieces and stably remove burrs, significantly reducing the time required for teaching.

The chip scattering prevention holder is a holder equipped with an ultra-lightweight cover that prevents chip scattering. To adapt to the environment inside the machining machine, the cover is made of CFRP laminated molded products that have a high strength-to-weight ratio, heat resistance, and coolant resistance. Furthermore, it is ultra-lightweight and can satisfy the weight limitations of the spindle. By simply attaching it to a machining center, it prevents chip scattering and achieves "improved production efficiency."

The chip accumulation prevention jig is a jig equipped with functional components designed to prevent chip accumulation. To adapt to the environment within the machining machine, each functional component is made of CFRP laminated molded products that possess high strength, heat resistance, and coolant resistance. Furthermore, by using a free shape to match existing jigs, it enables the suppression of chip accumulation with a high discharge nozzle and a cover that does not hinder discharge. The blade exchangeable scraper is a tool for removing adhesive that has adhered to metal parts. The blade material uses A7075 series aluminum alloy, allowing for the selection of the optimal blade material according to the application, achieving high removal performance without damaging the workpiece. Compared to conventional removal operations, the amount removed has significantly increased. It reduces the amount of solvent used in subsequent processes and shortens the working time. Additionally, when the blade wears out or is used for different applications, replacing only the blade reduces running costs.
