The QT tool utilizes the functions of the machining center to achieve automatic correction, making processing possible on general-purpose machines. The Crescent Line Bar is composed of an unbalanced main body shape and a special guide pad arrangement. The centrifugal force generated during rotation controls the pressing pressure of the guide pads. By utilizing the holes at both ends of the crank hole as guide holes, it eliminates the need for support bushes in the fixture, enabling processing on a machining center.
