The chip collection holder utilizes centrifugal force to prevent the scattering of chips generated during processing by using chip pockets located on the outer circumference of the cutter, thereby reducing spindle attachment and detachment issues. The plunge-cut type valve finisher features two types of reamer holding mechanisms: "NLC (Nut Less Collet)" and "Side Lock." The NLC type eliminates the need for a clamping nut required in conventional collet chucks, allowing for a slimmer holder body that avoids interference with the workpiece, resulting in improved access to the machining area and the ability to minimize the reamer's protrusion length.
