Adopting an original breaker that considers high chip fragmentation and regrinding. This resolves issues of chip entanglement and residue. The regrinding breaker shape allows for easy regrinding without the need for reconstruction.

The G7 drill series consists of a drill bit and a special reamer. By separating each groove, it allows the chips generated from the cutting edge to be discharged separately, eliminating chip jamming. The reamer features a special blade shape, achieving one-pass machining at IT7 level. The lineup includes the G7X drill for solid holes, the G7T drill for cast holes, and the Y7 drill as a high-feed version of the G7 drill.

The G-one holder is composed of multiple rough and finishing blades. Each blade has a specific role based on its function, and by using a single finishing blade and standard inserts, it achieves a reduction in setup time without relying on skilled workers, compared to conventional products. It realizes "high productivity," "high precision machining," and "cost reduction."

Conduct vibration analysis of equipment/tools on-site. By performing a hammering survey in advance and designing the optimal damper, we maximize the damping effect, resolve machining chatter, and enable improvements in machining efficiency and quality.

The D-cut tool accommodates various hole diameters with a single tool through helical machining. It achieves high-speed processing with the optimal cutting edge material. The multi-blade design and unique blade runout adjustment mechanism enable low-resistance machining. By reducing spindle load, it allows for downsizing of the spindle (from conventional roughing equipment #50 to #40!).

The plunge-cut type valve finisher features two types of reamer holding mechanisms: "NLC (Nut Less Collet)" and "Side Lock." The NLC type eliminates the need for a clamping nut required in conventional collet chucks, allowing for a slimmer holder body that avoids interference with the workpiece, resulting in improved access to the machining area and the ability to minimize the reamer's protrusion length. Additionally, it allows for adjustment of reamer runout, ensuring stable machining accuracy for valve guide holes.

The chip collection holder utilizes centrifugal force to prevent the scattering of chips generated during processing by using chip pockets located on the outer circumference of the cutter, thereby reducing spindle attachment and detachment issues. Furthermore, after processing, it allows for the discharge of chips at a designated position due to the cessation of rotation. It contributes to "reducing troubles caused by chips" and "decreasing the frequency of internal cleaning" in dry machining where in-machine cleaning is not possible. It is ideal for milling aluminum workpieces on vertical machining centers.
