List of Ceramics and High-Performance Materials Handling

At Narasaki Industrial Functional Materials Division, we achieve short delivery times by machining ceramics from pre-fired materials, which would normally take over a month to process. We can handle a wide range of ceramics, including machinable ceramics such as Hotovel and Macor, as well as fine ceramics like alumina and zirconia, and non-oxide hard-to-cut materials such as silicon carbide, silicon nitride, and aluminum nitride. We deliver ceramics, often regarded as difficult materials, as accessible options. Additionally, we are actively working on cost reduction proposals for Chinese-made ceramics and other overseas products. We provide estimates starting from a single drawing and one piece.
