加貫ローラ製作所 Product Lineup

■Wrinkles Occurring During Film Production The equipment used for producing and processing films is equipped with numerous rollers. If the parallelism between the rollers is not maintained, a difference in tension occurs in the width direction, resulting in diagonal wave-like wrinkles (troughs) in relation to the direction of the substrate's movement. Additionally, when transporting thinner films, if the transport tension is set to a level similar to that of thicker films, the film stretches in the transport direction, causing wave-like wrinkles parallel to the transport direction. These wave-like wrinkles can create fold wrinkles when passing through the rollers, significantly reducing the product value of the film. ■Reduction of Wrinkles Using Concave Rollers Concave rollers are rollers with a reverse crown shape, where the center is narrower and the ends are thicker. Compared to the center, the outer diameter increases towards the ends, resulting in a higher peripheral speed. The film tends to move towards the ends where the peripheral speed is higher. Additionally, the film has a tendency to enter the downstream roller axis at a right angle. These two effects cause the film to widen, thereby reducing wrinkles.

Are you facing issues such as "short roller lifespan" in film processing? 'PUW' is a rubber roller that reduces dents, allowing it to be used just like when it was first used. It possesses strong rubber strength and wear resistance, along with excellent water resistance. It is used in various applications, including pressure rollers, liquid squeezing rollers, and laminating rollers. 【Features】 ■ Can be used without leaving dents, just like when it was first used ■ Strong rubber strength and wear resistance with excellent water resistance ■ Special polyurethane PUW offers three times the dent resistance *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Are you experiencing issues such as 'scratches on the film leading to poor yield...' or 'wrinkles in the film causing frequent defects...'? These problems can be solved with our 'rollers.' If you are troubled by scratches, the 'Micro Groove Roller,' which allows the film surface to closely adhere to the roller, is suitable. If wrinkles are your concern, the 'Concave Roller,' which provides the film with a widening function on the roller, is the right choice. [Features] ■ Micro Groove Roller - Air escapes from fine grooves - Film surface adheres closely to the roller ■ Concave Roller - Concave (reverse crown) processing - Provides the film with a widening function on the roller *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

The "e-Core" is a winding core for high-performance film that contributes to cost reduction. The rubber absorbs film step differences and reduces losses. As a result, costs can be lowered. We offer three types to suit various applications, including the standard type "e-Core K," the "e-Core R" which allows lining for non-heat-resistant cores, and the "e-Core RTS" which does not require double-sided tape. 【Features】 ■ e-Core K - Achieves excellent dent resistance - Can repeatedly wind films of varying widths - Minimizes extractables (bleed) from the rubber to the utmost - Does not contaminate the film *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

"Do you have any concerns such as wanting to prevent static electricity generation during roller passage... or wanting to reduce the adhesion of bleed materials to the film...?" Our "Cleaner Roller" offers a wide range of options tailored to your needs. We handle products such as the "Light Color Static Electricity Preventing Adhesive Roller," which has a light color static electricity prevention function, as well as the "Bleedless Light Color Static Electricity Preventing Adhesive Roller," which minimizes extracts to the extreme, and the "Non-Silica Bleedless Light Color Static Electricity Preventing Adhesive Roller." [Features] ■ Light Color Static Electricity Preventing Adhesive Roller - Does not use conductive carbon black - Developed using a new static electricity prevention technology - Has a light color static electricity prevention function *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

By applying rubber wrapping to the winding core, it absorbs the step difference at the beginning of the film winding and the marks left by adhesive tape, thereby reducing film loss. This is a rubber winding roller. 【Features】 ○ By using a low-hardness rubber material, it is possible to reduce film loss. ○ Various rubber materials can be selected according to needs, such as low hardness, conductivity, and adhesiveness. ○ Selection of winding cores is possible. By changing the material of the winding core, it can reduce waviness, allowing for an extension of film width and an increase in total winding weight. ● For other functions and details, please download the catalog.
