We have coated the inner surface of our stainless steel tank and the accompanying lid with fluororesin (PFA). There are two types: the lid type 【ST-C】 and the catch-clip type sealed container 【CTH-C】. The excellent slip properties make it difficult for contents to adhere, allowing for smooth discharge and reduced cleaning time. By adjusting the thickness of the coating, corrosion resistance can be enhanced. The 【CTH-C】, being a sealed container, prevents spillage of contents during transport and contamination by foreign substances during storage. Features of PFA: ○ Non-stick Most substances do not adhere, resulting in faster cleaning and increased efficiency. ○ Slip properties The friction coefficient is "the same as the surface of wet ice," allowing contents to be discharged smoothly. ○ Heat resistance Generally capable of withstanding heating and cooling from 260°C to -240°C. ○ Non-wetting Repels both oil and water, making it difficult to wet with most solutions and resistant to dirt. ○ Electrical properties Among all plastics, it has the best insulation and dielectric constant. ○ Corrosion resistance If designed to be pinhole-free, it is resistant to most chemicals.

This is a transport cart specifically designed for Nitto Metal Industry Co., Ltd.'s straight tanks (ST/CTH/CTL/STB/CTB). The cart is made of stainless steel, making it resistant to rust and hygienic. The sizes 30 to 47 are lightweight plate types, while sizes 565 to 77H are angle types focused on strength. It comes with four swivel casters, two of which have brakes to secure the cart in place. We have attached legs to our stainless steel container "KTT." The bottom has a slope towards the discharge outlet, allowing for smooth discharge of contents. With the legs, the entire container can be moved between processes. Since the discharge outlet is located on the side of the container, piping can be arranged more efficiently. There are several types available: KTT-ST-L with a cover lid, KTT-CTH-L with a catch clip sealing type, and KTT-CTL-L with a lever band sealing type. We also offer the KTT-J-L, which comes with a jacket for insulation and cooling. Specifications can be modified according to your needs. You can connect a pump to facilitate liquid transfer.

This is a stainless steel tank with a bowl-shaped bottom (mirror plate). It has a drain in the central part where the contents gather, allowing for smooth discharge. With caster legs, it can be moved between processes along with the container, and a separate container for receiving (portioning) can be placed under the drain. The mirror bottom has no corners, making it suitable for stirring operations. There are three types available: the cover lid type [DT-ST-L], the catch clip sealed type [DT-CTH-L], and the lever band sealed type [DT-CTL-L]. Once installed, it allows the "CTH/CTB," which cannot be stacked due to structural reasons, to be stacked, thereby saving space.
