The "PAS-100" is a durability evaluation device for perovskite solar cells that employs a Peltier element-based temperature control mechanism for each device, allowing for individual temperature control. It measures and calculates Voc, Isc, IV curves, Jsc, Pmax, FF, Rs, and Rsh, and outputs graphs and CSV files. By utilizing electromagnetic shield boxes and low-noise transformers, we shield various areas such as measurement sections and measurement cables, significantly reducing noise. If electronic devices are commercialized without proper EMC measures, they can affect other electronic devices and communication equipment with electromagnetic noise, potentially causing malfunctions or functional failures. Recently, with the acceleration and digitization of electronic devices, the issue of electromagnetic noise has come to the forefront. The "EAS-26 Series" is an organic EL lifespan evaluation device that can assess the lifespan and characteristics of organic EL elements using multiple channels (150TEG, 600 drive or 100TEG, 600 drive). It allows for standard measurements by designing attachments compatible not only with standard-sized TEGs but also with various specifications of TEGs, including top emission and bottom emission. The "software" we provide safely stops measurements and saves the measurement data during interruptions or UPS operation due to power outages, allowing for the accumulation of measurement data without interruption upon resuming operations. Measurement result files (in CSV format) may be referenced by applications such as Excel during measurements, so we create two types of files: one original and one for reference. This device measures the I-L and I-Vf characteristics by driving a laser diode with high-speed pulse operation. It enables the measurement of the kink characteristics of I-L under pulse modulation, which cannot be obtained in CW, down to short pulse widths. The obtained data is displayed and processed on Windows. The LD head is equipped with 4 channels of LD sockets for 5.6Φ and 3.3Φ, so the LD element is mounted in the socket that matches the type of LD being measured (5.6Φ or 3.3Φ). Depending on the measurement conditions set in the software, the LD drive and PD receiving signal are automatically selected and measured using RF SW operation.

This device is a Peltier-type temperature control device that combines a jig with a Peltier element to control the plate surface at any temperature with an accuracy of 0.1°C, allowing for temperature testing and other applications. Additionally, it has GP-IB communication capabilities, enabling automatic control via a computer.
