A measuring tape, known as pipe tape, for accurately measuring the outer diameter of cylindrical workpieces, the outer and inner diameters of pipes, and the inner diameter of O-rings. It is made of a thin tape with special markings (the markings convert the circumference size to diameter), allowing for precise measurement of the diameter simply by wrapping it around the object.
