We have now begun tests for spray drying and fine particle granule production using a two-fluid nozzle. The two-fluid nozzle creates fine mist-like droplets by simultaneously spraying compressed air and the liquid to be dried. Like other spraying methods such as disk and pressurized nozzles, it can produce spherical dried granules.
