This device is fully microcontroller-based, allowing users to program operating parameters while handling various applications for actual particle generation. The front panel is equipped with an LCD that enables users to vary the particle generation rate from 0% to 100% in 5% increments. For special processes, such as applying small parts, a device is incorporated that can adjust the flow rate between 0-2 cfm to move particles out of the vessel where they are created. This air source and all other connections feature easily removable 304SS fittings and Teflon O-rings, allowing for easy adaptation to cleaning, external gas supply, or vacuum connections. What is an Air Leak Tester? An "Air Leak Tester" is a device that pressurizes the inside (or outside) of a sealed workpiece with air and determines the presence of leaks based on pressure changes. When a master with no leaks and a workpiece with leaks are pressurized, the pressure on the workpiece side decreases, creating a pressure difference between the two.
