Additionally, for high-viscosity liquids that may cause dripping due to the posture after lifting, it is expected that changing the workpiece posture using the tilting function can also prevent dripping. As an option, it is possible to propose a 3-axis type by adding an additional axis and incorporating a rotation function to the tilt, allowing for a more uniform liquid flow onto the surface of cylindrical workpieces, resulting in a more uniform film formation.
