COM Express R3.1 Compact Size Type 6 Module with Intel Core Ultra Processor

The cExpress-MTL, equipped with Intel's latest Intel Core Ultra processor (formerly Meteor Lake-U/H), is a COM Express COM.0 R3.1 Type 6 Compact-sized module that offers Intel's modular architecture integrating CPU, GPU, and NPU to the embedded market. It provides up to 8 GPU Xe cores (128 EU), an NPU with 11pTOPS/8.2eTOPS, and 14 CPU cores with a TDP of 28W. By leveraging skilled GPUs, hardware acceleration for AV1 encoding/decoding, and a dedicated NPU for AI acceleration, as well as upgrading all PCIe signals to Gen4 and supporting USB4 for increased flexibility, the cExpress-MTL effectively simplifies solution designs that would otherwise require additional external processing units.

Conventional welding methods for repairs can change the base material around the crack due to heat, leading to residual stress and deformation, which always carries the risk of "crack recurrence" and "secondary damage."
