ODS enhances domestic support services with its original app, standardly equipping tablets with an app that assists in early resolution of issues when they occur.

We will standardly equip our original application "Log Transmission App" in future shipments of the Android tablets "TA2C-NF8" and "TA2C-CS8," enhancing our domestic support services for early resolution of issues. For customers who have already received their shipments, updates can be handled either through AWS by the customers themselves or through our support center.
Our original application "Log Transmission App" collects and compresses logs from the tablet by combining it with the preset "Log Collection Mode," and sends them to our server via the internet. This reduces the time taken to respond after an issue occurs. Additionally, for issues dependent on the customer's environment, it may not be possible to reproduce them at our repair center, which allows us to eliminate the hassle for customers who had to reproduce issues while operating in their actual environment.
