We will exhibit our in-house developed CRM (Customer Management) system "Kaizen Call," specialized for technical support, at the "Call Center/CRM Demo & Conference 2025 in Tokyo," which will be held at Ikebukuro Sunshine City from November 13 (Thursday) to November 14 (Friday), 2025.
In conjunction with the exhibition, we will also launch the "Kaizen Call 2nd Anniversary Campaign" to celebrate the second anniversary of Kaizen Call. This campaign offers a one-month waiver of initial costs and system usage fees for contracts signed between November 13, 2025 (Thursday) and March 31, 2026 (Tuesday). *For details, please refer to the campaign overview.
