GS Felt is a new type of industrial material synthesized from ultra-fine fibers manufactured by Toray Industries, Inc. and a special high polymer elastomer. As an ultra-fine fiber, it features excellent wipeability, particle retention, non-scratch properties, and stable wear characteristics. Being a non-woven fabric, it has good processability, a non-fraying single-layer structure, and also exhibits good breathability, water absorption, and thermal insulation. Additionally, thanks to its polyester origin, it boasts abrasion resistance, stability against humidity and temperature, and high durability. As a polyurethane derivative, it offers moderate elasticity, flexural recovery, shock absorption, shape stability, and excellent thermoplasticity. The thickness ranges from 0.43 to 3 mm, and it comes in rolls of 1,150 to 1,450 mm × 30 m (random), so a certain lot size is required for processed products. It is also possible to bond it with various types of sponges.

You can bond B-4 made by Inoac with felt. Laminated sponge with felt is commonly used in the coating industry.

B-4 is a polyethylene foam that is 30 times expanded, has moderate softness, and does not allow water to pass through due to its independent bubbles. Felt has an affinity for liquids and is suitable for applying and stretching while blending. First, apply adhesive widely to the base material, then press it together and cut it afterward.
