Speak positively about good things.
It was one day. Perhaps I could get my finger caught in the bus door and have it torn off? Or maybe I would be dragged and end up with bruises all over my body? In any case, there were things that sent a chill down my spine when I thought about it. I absolutely want the bus company to stop trying to close the doors when there are passengers trying to board. Therefore, it was very meaningful to convey this to the bus company.
However, on the other hand, I also felt that it was equally important to share the 'good things' I experienced on the same bus from the same company that night. If it encourages the driver, they will become more safety-conscious, and ultimately, it will allow passengers to ride the bus with peace of mind.
Until now, at my consulting clients, I have always made it a point to point out any 'good things' I find, no matter how small. In daily life, it’s easy to want to talk only about 'bad things,' but I believe we should consciously look for and discuss 'good things.' What do you think?
