[Key Lecture Content]
With the rapid spread of AI, the infrastructure supporting urban competitiveness is transitioning from physical foundations such as roads and water supply and sewage systems to a "Watt-Bit Collaboration" that integrates computation (bits), power (watts), and communication into a single design. The idea of placing data centers in areas with surplus power and delivering only the results as bits redefines the location of data centers, power systems, communication networks, and even urban and regional development, fundamentally changing the design philosophy of social infrastructure. This lecture will explain the role that private companies can play and the strategies for achieving this, taking into account overseas leading examples.
