[Key Lecture Content]
Voices such as "We can't hire people even if we post job openings" and "We don't have the capacity for training" are not uncommon in the management scenes of small and medium-sized enterprises. To break the labor shortage, what is needed is not to increase the number of people but to increase "the capabilities of the employees we currently have."
In this seminar, we will organize the use of "AI agents" that take on daily tasks such as document creation and data processing, thereby enhancing the responsiveness of each employee as a management system. We will explain in an easy-to-understand manner the concept of reallocating time gained through efficiency improvements to tasks that have been postponed, such as information gathering, internal analysis, and information dissemination, as well as how to elevate the skills of both veteran and younger employees through dialogue with AI, and provide real examples that illustrate the changes after implementation. This seminar can be utilized as material for business owners and management planners to consider a system that simultaneously balances defensive and offensive strategies.
