[Book] Measures Against Degradation and Discoloration of Polymer Materials (No. 2104BOD)

Technical Specialized Books - Mechanisms of Degradation, Optimal Formulation of Additives, Product Troubles and Countermeasures, Analysis and Evaluation.

■ Points of this Book Understanding the mechanisms of degradation and discoloration of polymer materials - How do auto-oxidative degradation and discoloration progress under the influence of light, heat, and metal ions? - What factors promote hydrolysis? - How can we prevent cracking caused by solvents, oils, surfactants, and other chemicals? - The degradation mechanisms and stabilization of various materials such as thermosetting resins, thermoplastics, and composite materials. Optimal formulation of additives - Formulations considering antagonistic effects, compatibility, and migration. - Responses when antioxidants themselves discolor. - Synergistic effects and antagonistic actions of UVA/HALS. - Prevention of poor dispersion and blooming caused by metal inactivators. - Selection of antibacterial and antifungal agents according to purpose. - Selection of curing agents considering cost, safety, and lifespan. - Mechanisms of bleed-out occurrence and countermeasures. Troubles and countermeasures for polymer products - Degradation and prevention of protective coatings on automobiles due to temperature, pollen, bird droppings, stones, etc. - Scratch resistance, chemical resistance, and hardness in automotive decorative films. - How to meet the safety, reliability, and strength required in the railway sector? - Troubles such as burning and odor in packaging materials and their countermeasures. - Durability, seismic resistance, fire resistance... what are the required properties in the construction field?

Hotron's vehicle detection sensors allow you to search for products that meet your needs in three categories: "Purpose of Use," "Location of Use," and "Product List." The sensors detect the passage of vehicles, alerting you with rotating lights or switching the display of parking availability. They manage vehicle presence, full parking, and exit warnings in parking lots, contributing to safe driving and smooth operational management within the parking area. They are used in various settings, from coin-operated parking to large-scale parking lots.

Fukuda Co., Ltd., which develops, manufactures, and sells leak testing equipment to inspect airtightness and sealing performance, provides a technical document that clearly explains the methods and theories of airtight testing, titled "Technical Manual." We are offering it as a PDF file. Please take this opportunity to download and view it!

The pinhole inspection for packaging engineering is fully automated, eliminating packaging defects based on certain quality standards. The judgment results and operational status can be managed via a monitor screen. - Quantitative management of quality standards for the pinhole inspection process - Ensuring the quality of the product's shelf life - Establishing evaluation criteria for the manufacturing process, achieving quantitative quality assurance - Slim and space-saving design that can be connected to existing production lines - Quick changeover for product variety switching can be handled in a short time by exchanging chambers - Fully domestically produced, allowing for rapid maintenance and troubleshooting - Example target works: pillow packaging, packaged rice (packaged cooked rice), etc. *Please consult us regarding the use of this product for pharmaceuticals.
