Transforming into compost with the power of bacteria!! Recycling troublesome waste into valuable resources.
◇Organic Waste Composting Fermentation Plant◇ Processing organic waste incurs costs, but composting can generate profits. (It is possible to continuously produce sellable compost.) The robust scoop-type stirring device is equipped with the essential functions to properly maintain "oxygen," "humidity," and "moisture," which are crucial for activating microorganisms. The fermentation heat rises to 80°C, completely eliminating pathogens and viruses, resulting in compost that will never rot again. This high-quality compost contains "ferrous fulvate," "water-soluble silica," and "water-soluble divalent iron." ◎ Ferrous fulvate supplies nitrogen, phosphoric acid, and potassium to plants that lack digestive organs, increasing the production of safe and secure agricultural products. ◎ In rivers, lakes, and seas, the light Fenton reaction purifies soil and water quality, decomposing environmental hormones and sludge, thereby resolving the issue of iron deficiency in coastal areas and creating rich marine environments with seaweed and seafood. "Riko Industry" proposes a scoop-type stirring machine capable of producing fully matured compost.

basic information
RYOKO's organic compost fermentation plant is a scoop-type fermentation stirring device that artificially creates optimal conditions to produce high-quality organic fertilizer from organic waste (kitchen waste, livestock manure, sewage, fecal sludge, pruning branches, etc.) in a small space and at low cost. 1. The scoop-type stirrer lifts and turns over the entire raw material from the very bottom. 2. Powerful stirring with a corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant dedicated chain. 3. A scraper equipped with 1,000 crushing claws to finely grind the raw materials. 4. Fermentation temperature of 80°C ensures the complete destruction of pathogens and pests, producing safe and secure compost. 5. The fermentation tank is installed at a height of 2 to 3 meters, reducing the installation space. 6. 24-hour fully automated and unmanned operation with a large processing capacity. 7. Robust design with a 20-year track record, featuring a simple structure that allows for rapid maintenance and inspection services.
