At the same time, costs such as anticipated production loss, wastewater treatment fees, water bills, and labor costs are reduced. The size is also compact, making effective use of factory space. The issue of wasted soaked soybeans due to a malfunction in part of the manufacturing line has also been resolved. Since soybeans are not soaked in water, the flavor and umami of the soybeans are preserved. *The boiling kettle uses our non-foaming agent compatible boiling kettle, which does not just eliminate foam but completely cooks it, producing uniform soy milk.
