In the electrical discharge machining department, we have five wire-cutting machines (maximum stroke X550Y370Z410, wire diameter φ0.1 to φ0.3, upper and lower irregular shapes, large taper, gears, cams, etc.) that can handle high-speed fine hole discharge (using electrodes φ0.2 and above), allowing us to work with difficult-to-machine materials. In the machining department, we achieve higher precision processing with a 5-axis controlled machining center and 5-axis CAD/CAM. In the tooling department, we support everything from design to production using 3D CAD.
