The Typhoon Clean Um Luft has been developed as a cleaning system to remove foreign substances attached to molded products and to collect dust.
Dust, dust, and foreign matter measures in the painting process are important for managing product quality. Until now, measures have primarily involved using air blowers and static eliminators to remove foreign matter and dust adhering to molded products, maintaining the cleanliness of the product surface before painting. However, this approach leaves the possibility that dust blown away may reattach to the product. To solve this problem, the Typhoon Clean Umluft cleaning system has been developed to remove foreign matter attached to the product and collect dust. The product passes between two Typhoon Clean units. One Typhoon Clean unit uses an ionizer to apply positive and negative ions in a pulse of air to strike the product, removing dust that has adhered to it. The removed dust is then suctioned by the other Typhoon Clean unit installed on the opposite side of the product and collected by a filter. Air circulation is conducted in a closed system and is reused. This inline cleaning of products contributes to the efficiency of the cleaning process.
