A high voltage of 5 to 25 kV is applied to short-circuit the coating defect area, generating a spark for detection. It comes with a buzzer and lamp, and the target coating thickness is 1 mm or more. Due to its low-frequency pulse type and microcurrent design, it can perform high voltage pinhole inspection without damaging the coating.
