【Product Features】 ○1. Incoming Inspection: We check for issues such as scratches, dents, and weld spots before coating. ○2. Degreasing and Preheating: To remove oil and contaminants, we perform degreasing followed by high-temperature preheating. ○3. Surface Roughening: We conduct blast treatment using alumina grinding materials to remove contaminants and oxidation films caused by preheating. If necessary, thermal spraying is done after blasting. ○4. Primer (Undercoat): This is an adhesive to bond the substrate and topcoat. It is not required for self-adhesive fluororesin coatings. ○5. Drying: Drying occurs at around 120°C. Depending on the primer, high-temperature firing may be necessary. ○6. Topcoat (Overcoat): Coating is applied using a spray gun or electrostatic powder coating machine. ○7. Firing: The fluororesin is cured (melted) at the specified firing temperature and time. ○8. Inspection: We perform appearance inspection, film thickness inspection, and pinhole inspection. A certificate of inspection can be provided if required. ○9.
