Reduce the hassle of replacing filters used in coolant! A compact oil-water separator capable of removing fine sludge as small as 20 microns!
The small oil-water separation device "Abrass Oil Filter" aims to improve quality by removing suspended impurities, which are the enemies of cutting and grinding. Typically, filters used in coolant liquids are replaced once a week, and some companies replace them every two to three days, resulting in unnecessary labor and running costs. In response to these issues, TBR has developed the small oil-water separation device "Abrass Oil Filter," which uses a specially woven filter to capture large amounts of oil and sludge, allowing for inexpensive removal of impurities. It can also remove tiny sludge particles as small as 20 microns. Additionally, it is designed to be user-friendly in terms of maintenance and management. 【Main Features】 ○ Excellent oil adsorption properties due to special fibers. ○ Independent circulation type, compact design for easy installation. ○ Inexpensive removal of suspended matter. ○ Easy maintenance. ○ Continuous filtration work is possible with parallel use, depending on machine capacity. ○ The appropriate pump suction amount is 30L/min ±10%. *For more details, please download the catalog or contact us directly.
