A robot cleaning machine with flexible motion using 6 axes!
Precision cleaning with robotic arms was one answer to meet the increasingly complex cleaning needs of industrial parts. Mori Ai Seiki has further advanced the development of this robotic arm cleaning machine, creating a robotic cleaning machine with flexible motion using six axes. Additionally, it has imposed strict standards for operability and waterproofing, resulting in equipment that meets these criteria. The six-axis articulated robot arm used for cleaning can perform precise cleaning of workpieces from all angles with motions very similar to that of a human arm. Furthermore, the nozzle output is a high-pressure injection of 7 MPa, enhancing cleaning power through strong spraying. Additionally, by exchanging nozzles, it is possible to accommodate various workpieces. For more details, please contact us.
