By holding the drill in a collet holder and positioning it, you simply insert it into the grinding unit to grind the flat shape, the second relief angle, and the split point (X-shining). The holder, which incorporates unique patented technology with built-in bearings, prevents collet wear, eliminating concerns about drill misalignment. You can also adjust the chisel width by adjusting the second grinding unit. Broken drills that are not used in the factory and drills that have lost their cutting edge can be easily restored, contributing to cost reduction and efficiency within the company. A CBN wheel for high-speed steel drills is included as standard, but if you use the optional SDC wheel, it is also possible to grind carbide drills.
