A sensor based on FBG sensing technology designed to facilitate the handling of optical fibers and the implementation of sensors.
The "os3100" is covered with stainless steel, holds the FBG, and prevents the delicate fiber optic breakage issues that may occur during installation. Considering long-term continuous use, the FBG assembly inside does not use adhesives. We offer two types: a welding installation type and an adhesive installation type, both of which can be completed in just a few minutes. The "welding installation type" can be used immediately after installation. The "adhesive installation type" can be cured by leaving it at room temperature for 24 hours, allowing for installation work similar to conventional electric strain gauges. Company information
Are you troubled by issues related to lightning surges? Fiber optic sensors are insulators, so they won't be damaged by surge currents. Are you struggling with electromagnetic noise? Fiber optic sensors are completely unaffected by electromagnetic noise. Are you required to meet explosion-proof and non-flammable standards? Fiber optic sensors do not use electricity, so explosion-proof certification is not necessary (they are exempt). Are you facing difficulties with complex wiring? Fiber optic sensors can be configured with multiple sensors on a single fiber. Our company offers multi-point measurement solutions using fiber optic sensors, specifically FBG (Fiber Bragg Grating) and communication technology WDM (Wavelength Division Multiplexing) for optical sensing systems (measuring instruments, sensors, software).
