Installation in the drying furnace We implemented HC in our drying furnace, achieving a 7% energy savings. Previously, the only method was a major operation that involved removing the iron plates of the drying furnace and replacing the insulation material inside. However, with HC, we succeeded in improving the insulation effect simply by applying it from above. HC is cut to fit the shape of the drying furnace for installation. All the installation work was carried out by our employees. The workplace environment during the summer has also significantly improved.

Installation for the beam dyeing machine For the spherical shape, HC-P11 is applied in a barrel shape. It is temporarily fixed with heat-resistant double-sided tape, and then secured firmly with heat-resistant tape from above. To hide the unsightly appearance of the tape, a surface cover sheet (HC-C1) is applied, enhancing the design as well! HC can be easily cut to match the shape of the substrate, allowing for simple installation with tape and a cutter.
