Slim Large Area Hot Plate "PA2040 Model"

Ideal for heating processes in various fields such as electronic devices, material evaluation, and medical-related applications!

The "PA2040 model" is a thin, large-area hot plate with a maximum temperature of 200°C. It features a slim structure with a height (thickness) of 40mm, and despite its large area, it boasts a high precision temperature distribution of ±2%. The plate is surrounded by a highly insulating resin cover, which prevents the area around the plate from becoming excessively hot. Due to its accuracy surpassing that of constant temperature baths, it can be used as a substitute for constant temperature baths or for applications requiring long-term operation of over 1000 hours for evaluating electronic components, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. It is ideal for heating processes in various fields such as electronics, material evaluation, and medical-related applications, as well as for long-term operation in reliability testing of electronic components. ● For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.
