With good chamber airtightness, nitrogen consumption is reduced. N2 and air can be used independently with a switch. It supports settings, saving, and monitoring functions via PC, with automatic history recording. Manual setting and control are possible when the PC is offline. Each zone has independent flux collection capabilities and is equipped with a metal filter, eliminating the need for chamber cleaning. There is a low-pressure nitrogen alarm function. Pb-Free process is fully supported.
