At Sunny Sealing, we adhere optical materials printed with fine patterns with high precision (±30μm) according to the patterns. The manufacturing environment is Class 100, ensuring clean processing without foreign substances or bubbles. We can also accept printed materials from our company or materials provided by customers that have already been patterned (etching, gravure offset printing, etc.). We have experience in pattern adhesion and cutting for metal mesh used in touch sensors (processing size: 7 to 14 inches), so please feel free to consult with us. 【Examples of Processing】 (1) Printing lines with a width of 0.1mm in different colors A and B - Sheet A: Blue lines - Sheet B: White lines - Adhesive: OCA; adhesive application is also possible (2) Aligning and adhering the printed patterns of A and B (3) Cutting the outer shape (printing pattern reference is also possible) * Depending on the size, printing and adhesion in a multi-panel state within one sheet is also possible.
