Continuous cleaning fixed biofilm wastewater treatment device "Rotating Jiraiya"

New installation/expansion, wastewater discharge/riverside discharge, usable in various situations regardless of industry! Aerobic wastewater treatment system using fixed bed carriers.

The "Rotating Child Raia" is a fixed bed (contact aeration type) wastewater treatment device. It fills the tank with a carrier that retains microorganisms, purifying the water quality through the activity of microorganisms on the carrier's surface. There is no need to manage sludge concentration like in the activated sludge method, and there is no return sludge. Strict management of dissolved oxygen concentration is also unnecessary, allowing for stable operation without specialized knowledge. Thanks to the high-performance carrier with a large surface area and a continuous cleaning mechanism, it completely prevents the major drawback of fixed beds, which is tank clogging, enabling high-load operation of 5 to 15 kg-BOD/m³·D. 【Features】 ○ Enhancement of existing equipment capacity ○ Reduction of running costs ○ Easy operation management For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
