The miniature linear guideway comes in a wide variety of carriage sizes and rail sizes, and the rail length can be provided not only in standard lengths but also in custom lengths tailored to the customer's needs. Thanks to the unique design technology that enables the recirculation of rolling elements within the carriage, smooth movement is achieved. As an option, the self-lubrication provided by the integrated re-lubrication mechanism LUBE-S within the carriage eliminates the need for re-lubrication work over the long term. This is effective in reducing labor and costs during maintenance. A miniature linear guideway with a built-in linear encoder, developed in-house, is also available, allowing for the easy construction of a high-precision feedback system simply by replacing the linear guideway.
