basic information
The hot slot embeds a thin wire coil heater into a brass base material (minimum thickness t1.5mm) to maintain a uniform temperature distribution. It can be machined to specified dimensions, and in addition to being used as a nozzle shape, it can also be used as a heating plate. It is also possible to embed a thermocouple (Type J) as a temperature sensor. Additionally, it can be used as a high-temperature surface heater with no temperature variation.
